The town center of Mittenwald, with its pedestrian zone "Obermarkt" around the parish church of St. Peter and Paul, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The historic and particularly picturesque district of "Im Gries" is only a 2 to 3 minute walk from Landhaus Albrecht.

Our house is located directly on the footpath to the Kranzberg hiking area. The Kranzberg chairlift is only about 200 meters away as the crow flies – with your guest card, you can even enjoy one free ride up or down the mountain! In winter, this provides easy access to the ski area. For further excursions, take advantage of the free guest bus: the "Im Gries" bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away.  

To allow us ample time to prepare your apartment, arrival is possible between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We kindly ask you to plan your departure for 10:00 AM. Should you need to leave in the early morning hours, we appreciate your consideration for the peace and quiet of the apartment.  

Free private parking for normal-sized vehicles is available on site; prior reservation is required.  

Yes, the initial set of bed linen and towels is of course included. You will also find a second set of towels in your apartment. Should you require additional fresh linens, we will gladly exchange them after a brief consultation.  

A bread delivery service is not currently offered in Mittenwald. However, the nearest bakery is only a 5-minute walk away. Further shopping facilities and a large supermarket with a butcher shop can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot.  

Yes, we offer our guests free Wi-Fi access (fiber optic/high-speed) throughout the entire building. You will find the access details in the apartment. Please note that use is at your own risk and that all applicable laws and regulations must be observed.  

A lockable room for bicycles and skis is available to our guests free of charge. As space is limited, occupancy is subject to availability and at your own risk. This ensures your equipment remains dry and secure.  

To minimize formalities upon your arrival, we would appreciate advance payment via bank transfer. If this is not possible, you can also pay the amount in cash upon arrival. As we are a privately run establishment, card payments are unfortunately not accepted.  

Bringing a dog is only possible in holiday apartment 01 and only after prior arrangement. Please note our conditions: maximum shoulder height of 40 cm and an age between 1 and 10 years (house-trained). Pets are not allowed in the other apartments.
