House rules and further FAQs

Arrival and departure:

To allow us ample time to prepare your apartment, arrival is possible between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We kindly ask you to plan your departure for 10:00 AM. Should you need to leave in the early morning hours, we appreciate your consideration for the peace and quiet of the apartment.


Bed linen and towels:

The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included. You will also find a second set of towels in your apartment. Should you require additional fresh linens, we will gladly exchange them after a brief consultation.


Dogs:

Bringing a dog is only possible in holiday apartment 01 and only after prior arrangement. Please note our conditions: maximum shoulder height of 40 cm and an age between 1 and 10 years (house-trained). Pets are not allowed in the other apartments.


Internet:

We offer our guests free Wi-Fi access (fiber optic/high-speed) throughout the entire house. You will find the access details in the apartment. Please note that use is at your own risk and that all applicable laws and regulations must be observed.


Children:

Our apartments are ideally suited for two guests. Upon request, one or two children are welcome to stay in the parents' bedroom. Please bring your own children's bedding. We can provide a cot and a highchair upon request. Please note that there is no separate children's bedroom.


Tourist tax:

The tourist tax is not included in the rental price. It amounts to €3.00 (adults aged 16 and over) and €1.90 (children aged 10-15) per night during peak season. During off-peak season, the tax is reduced to €2.00 and €1.30, respectively. Children under 10, as well as severely disabled persons (with a disability rating of 100%) and their accompanying persons, are exempt. A 50% discount applies to those with a disability rating of 80% or 90%. Guests with a disability rating of 80%, 90%, or 100% are requested to inform us of their disability ID card no later than 7 days prior to arrival so that the discount can be applied during check-in.


Charging station for electric cars:

You are welcome to charge your electric car at our charging station directly at the building after prior registration. Please let us know before your arrival so we can reserve a suitable parking space.


Parking options:

Free private parking for normal-sized vehicles is available on site; prior reservation is required.


Parties:

To maintain a relaxed atmosphere in the house, celebrations with external guests / parties / bachelor parties and other events are not allowed.


Smoking:

Our house is a non-smoking house. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette outside or on the balcony.


Cleaning service:

For stays of more than 7 days, we are happy to offer a free cleaning service during your stay (once a week) by arrangement.


Quiet hours:

To ensure a peaceful night's sleep in the house, our guests are kindly requested to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.


Storage for bicycles and skis:

A lockable room for bicycles and skis is available to our guests free of charge. As space is limited, occupancy is subject to availability and at your own risk. This ensures your equipment remains dry and secure.


Laundry service:

This can be done for you upon request using our washing machine and dryer.


Payment options:

To minimize formalities upon your arrival, we would appreciate advance payment via bank transfer. If this is not possible, you can also pay the amount in cash upon arrival. As we are a privately run establishment, card payments are unfortunately not accepted.
