Welcome to our apartment on the ground floor - with 2 terraces and a fireplace , classified with 4 Stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV).
The apartment for 2 guests is comfortably furnished in Bavarian style, has high quality equipment, a separate living room and bedroom, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower.
On the front terrace (south side) you will find 2 comfortable garden loungers in summer, on the side terrace (west side) right next to the kitchen a garden chair set with table.
Especially for the winter season there is a fireplace in the living room in addition to the underfloor heating, the firewood is provided.
You can find the current availability calendar under the 'Appointments Booking' section. Please note that for bookings made more than 14 days in advance, we accept reservations for this apartment on a weekly basis only (from Saturday to Saturday).

Many roads lead to Mittenwald.
The Munich - Innsbruck train connection, for example, one of the most expensive rail projects in Europe around 1900. Today it is a great delight in the landscape and takes you directly to the Mittenwald train station (approx. 800 meters from Landhaus Albrecht).
If you prefer to travel by car, take the A95 from Munich to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and then the B2 to Mittenwald. The long-distance bus (Flixbus) also travels this route. He heads for Mittenwald from Munich Airport on the way to Innsbruck.
After your arrival by train or long-distance bus, your mobility at the holiday destination is guaranteed by the extensive range of buses offered by the Alpenwelt Karwendel. With the AlpenweltCard, for example, you can use the public bus connections of the Upper Bavaria Bus (RVO) free of charge, as well as the hiking / ski / guest bus and, during the summer months, the bus line to Lautersee and Ferchensee.
